For us at Nexivaa, 25th April, 2026, was that moment.
We opened the doors to our new office and contract manufacturing facility in Kasna, Greater Noida. The inauguration brought together guests from across the industry, along with partners, clients, and well-wishers who have been part of our journey. It was a good day, and one that had been a long time coming.
As a growing façade company, this milestone reflects not only expansion but also a stronger commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality façade engineering services.
The Lamp Lighting Ceremony
The morning began with the traditional lamp lighting, a simple but meaningful way to mark the occasion. As the team gathered around the flame, a quiet sense of gratitude filled the room. People who had worked hard to get here, and others who had supported the journey from the outside, were all present in that moment.
The lamp lighting set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable moments of Nexivaa’s new office inauguration in Greater Noida.
A message from the heart of Nexivaa
After the lighting of the lamp, our Co-founder and Principal Consultant, Raj Singh, addressed the gathering.
The message was honest and grounded, reflecting on where Nexivaa started, what the team has learned along the way, and why this new facility is a critical turning point in our journey. It is a game-changer.
The new contract manufacturing facility enables us to take on larger projects, maintain stronger quality control, and deliver timelines more reliably. The spanking new office space, equipped with modern infrastructure, gives our team a place to grow, one that supports both collaboration and execution.
Together, they represent a real step forward, not just in capacity, but in confidence.
Raj shared a simple thought: “This is a beginning, not a destination.”
The focus remains on doing good work, building honest relationships, and growing steadily.
For the team that has been through early mornings, tight deadlines, and quieter stretches where the work still had to get done, hearing those words in a space they helped build was something worth pausing for.

Capt. Vikas Gupta on Nexivaa and the façade industry
Capt. Vikas Gupta (Retd.), Chairman of UPCAR and Minister of State, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, was among the most distinguished guests at the event. His presence added a great deal of meaning to the occasion.
Capt. Gupta spoke about the façade industry in India and its future. He addressed that as the country continues to invest in infrastructure and commercial development, demand for high-quality façade solutions is steadily increasing. He acknowledged the work Nexivaa is doing and noted that companies with genuine manufacturing capability and technical knowledge will play an important role in meeting that demand in the years ahead.
His words were encouraging and practical, reflecting a clear understanding of the industry’s direction.
Industry leaders who joined us
A strong cross-section of industry professionals attended the event, and their presence meant a great deal to the team.
Joy Dev Chatterjee, Actor and Founder of Afflatus, could not be present in person but shared his warm wishes, which were conveyed to everyone gathered.
Ashok Singh, General Manager (Finance) at YEIDA, Govt. of UP, shared a perspective that resonated with Nexivaa’s approach:
“Nexivaa’s willingness to understand and adopt the best available technologies, whether for modern urban projects or the growing village sector, is what will make it a meaningful contributor to India’s construction industry in the years ahead. It is a point the team takes seriously. The goal has never been to serve only one type of client or project. It is to bring the same quality of thinking and execution to every scope of work.”
Mr. Naveen Karki, Business Head at AIS Glass Solutions Ltd., and MSc in Façade Engineering, shared a clear perspective on where the industry is headed:
“This is a ₹30,000-40,000 crore industry, with only about ₹5,000 crore organized, and that shift is happening fast. Over the past decade, the change has been significant. With growing regulations, technology, and more informed customers, the fenestration industry has moved to a completely different level.”
His insights reinforced what we are building towards, aligning technical depth with execution capability in a rapidly evolving market.
Shirish Parolkar (Simplomatic Manufacturing) and PP Sharma (DBP Engineering Works Pvt Ltd) spoke about the impact this new facility can create.
Mahesh Chand Sharma (K.S.V. Infrabuild), Amod Malik (Applied Technosystems), and Zeeshan Haider Rizvi (Modcasa Ventures Pvt Ltd) also attended, representing strong, ongoing industry relationships.
Raj Singh’s speech was not a typical vote of thanks. He spoke from his heart, expressing unabashedly the struggle behind making the Nexivaa dream come true. He traced the journey back to his humble roots as a farmer’s son, and how the dream to be an engineer took seed in his mind. And not content with a plush corporate job, he dared to venture into the entrepreneurial space, and how his mentors, teachers, colleagues and family encouraged him to pursue his goal and not look back. “We give utmost importance to relationship building at Nexivaa because that is what stays with you in the long run,” he emphasized, thanking each and everyone who have been and continue to be part of the journey.
The well-wishers
Beyond the formal guest list, the event was attended by many people who had simply been part of the Nexivaa story over the years. Former colleagues, long-standing clients, referral partners, and friends who showed up because they genuinely wanted to share in the moment.
An occasion like this is as much for them as it is for the company. Their belief and support through the quieter years made this day possible, and that was not lost on anyone present.

Where conversations found their space
After the formal proceedings concluded, the event moved into lunch, and with it, a shift in energy.
The setting became more relaxed, and conversations more natural. Guests connected beyond introductions, discussing ongoing projects, sharing perspectives, and exchanging ideas about what lies ahead.
Away from the ceremony’s structure, these moments felt unfiltered and genuine, a reminder that some of the most meaningful connections are built not on stage but across the table.
