Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop conceptual to detailed façade design drawings
• Perform structural and material feasibility studies
• Work closely with architects and consultants to align technical input with design vision
• Create and modify 2D/3D façade layouts using CAD and BIM tools
• Assist in thermal, wind, and light performance analysis
• Prepare technical documentation for tender and construction
• Support site coordination and resolve on-site design queries
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and sustainability standards
