Co-founder and Principal Consultant
Raj Singh represents the embodiment of Nexivaa’s mission and values. A mechanical engineer by qualification and façade engineer by practice, Raj has been officially mentored by qualified façade engineers and brings over 10 years of specialized experience to every project.
His vision was clear from the beginning: to resolve design and execution problems of complex facades by working closely with high-end and emerging developers and façade & fenestration companies. Through his deep knowledge and understanding of façade performance requirements and execution challenges, Raj laid the foundation for what Nexivaa has become today.
But Raj’s impact extends beyond individual projects. He actively assists organizations and institutions, sharing knowledge to reduce learning curves and build industry capacity – reflecting our commitment to elevating the entire fenestration and façade sector.

Façade Specialist | Building Envelope
Sonu has significant experience in leading integrated architectural and façade engineering. 14+ years of global industry experience delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across the project lifecycle.
In his role in consulting, he has been involved in a range of new build projects commercial and residential, failure investigations, the restoration and refurbishment of historic buildings. He has strong interest in sustainability, building physics and its application to façade design.
Sonu has worked with many of the world’s leading developers, façade contractors and architects, with built experience in the India, Middle East, Europe, and currently in the UK.
